Danny & Stephanie's Wedding

My baby cousin is all grown up!  Ok, ok the oldest of my baby cousins...that is only 2 years younger than me (ahem).  He's still "baby Danny" to me ok!?  

Danny and Stephanie tied the knot this past weekend at their church in Fremont.  Gavin was their ring-boy and I think I just about died when I saw him all dressed up in the white tux!  Stephanie looked stunning and Danny had THE biggest smile plastered on his face the entire day :)  My favorite part of the wedding was when some of Danny's band-mates came up and played one of their songs for the first dance.  I love intimate touches like that!  We loved getting to see family that we rarely get a chance to see and it was almost surreal to see one of my "little" cousin's get married.  Many many Congrats to the Ridings'!!

3rd Annual Champagne Open (& golf tournament)

For the past 3 years Kevin has planned a golf tournament for his buddies in order to "cure male baldness".  Obviously it started as a joke to make fun of a friend :)  Since it's gotten bigger and bigger every year this year Kevin and Lisa worked to make the tournament an actual fundraiser for something important.  While the guys were off golfing the girls have our own fun, with a Champagne Open.  Just like last year it was a total blast.  We sit around talking, drinking mimosas and eating way too much yummy food.  Once the men got back from a hard day of drinking and golfing the Shanahan's house was taking over completely.  They are such troopers for letting destroy their house!  haha!  Can't wait unit next year!
