I developed some crazy hip/IT band injury that I haven't been able to shake so I started a chiropractor/physical therapy, thing. After learning that my upper spine was completely twisted I begun twice weekly treatment. Fixing my neck helped all kinds of other issues I was having but my hip wasn't getting better so I begun doing ART (active release therapy) and things were finally improving. Buttttt this beauty of a bruise happened which put the therapy on hold. It lasted about 4 weeks so I had fun documenting my coloring changing.

Kendall wanted to visit Jaime while we were in town, which happened to be the anniversary of her passing. I love how involved she is in keeping Jaime's memory alive.
