Whale Watching in HMB

We do not take advantage of the amazingness we live around enough!  Who gets to go whale watching on a whim 20 minutes from home!?  We've been watching all the videos of the whales feeding in Half Moon Bay and Pacifica for weeks and finally decided we should see for ourselves.  Thanks for a great tip from Victoria, we headed to Dunes Beach after work on Friday and before we even parked the car I was smiling from ear to ear seeing probably a dozen whales up and down the ocean.  The pictures don't do it justice because they seemed so close in person.  SO amazing watching them feed!!  The kids were having too much fun playing in the sand to really care about watching them, but I was in heaven.  Hopefully we can catch them again before they take off :)

And finally this.  He came over while I was working on the floor, plopped down over me and was asleep in a minute tops!  I couldn't bare to move him so I kept working from the floor until I thought my knees were going to pop out of their sockets and I had to move him.

More Whitney time!  Aimee and Whit took Mike and me out on the boat for the day over the 4th weekend.
