4th of July 2010

The 4th of July is my favorite holiday so I was super excited when we got invited up to Tahoe for the weekend! I've spent many 4th's in Tahoe and have missed it. Sadly Mike had to work and couldn't join me/us :( Good news is they ended up taking 2nd overall in the race so the trip was worth it for him.

There were 11 of us in our friend Marty's cabin. We spent most of the weekend in the cabin hanging out and playing games, but hit the beach on Sunday. It was such a gorgeous weekend!! The guys dressed up the entire weekend as Uncle Sam's, which was hilarious. They got cheers all the way down the beach! We were outside of Tahoe City so we didn't have any fireworks shows over head. We did head back down to the beach at night though and ended up seeing the very far away shows all around the lake. We had a blast all weekend long with great friends, food and entertainment.
