Our second snow adventure of the season was an extra fun one. I took the day off of work and we headed up the mountain with our caravan of big trucks to take on the unplowed roads. We found our home base spot fo the day and the kids wasted no time making sledding tracks and exploring the surrounding area. It was a surprisingly beautiful day out so it wasn't long before we were all stripping off our layers to bask in the sunny snow. The guys took turns getting stuck with their trucks while the ladies and kids hung back and got a fire pit started. It was such a fun and really relaxing day with our incredible extended family and new friends. Right before sunset we packed back up (it is amazing how quick the temperature drops once the sun starts to go down!) and hit the road back down the hill. Charlie was out cold in milliseconds! I can't wait to go again, and hopefully snow camp before the season is over :)
