Before school started Nonnie and Nonno took us the Santa Cruz for the day then took all four grandkids overnight! Super Grandparents!! The big kids were daredevils and hit up all kinds of crazy rides while Charlie checked out the ones more his size. It's slightly bizarre having kids old enough (well one of them anyways) to go on rides by themselves. I almost didn't know what to do with myself while they waited in line. The gloomy day turned beautiful and the kids got some beach and ocean time in before we headed back home. Hopefully we'll be back to visit the boardwalk again soon!
