My new pregnancy week starts on Tuesdays and I swear every Tuesday I wake up and it's like, BAM! Changes! I can feel the same all week long but on Tuesday mornings something is totally different (i.e. not being sick anymore or my belly going from teeny tiny to whoa, I'm pregnant!)
